Does Ropheka Pharmacy serve non-member customers?

Yes, we do. Ropheka Pharmacy is a full-service retail pharmacy that accepts most insurance. We offer the membership service to uninsured individuals that would be interested in saving on their generic prescriptions at the wholesale prices through their membership at Vivmeds Pharmacy. Of course, insured individuals with high copay on their generic prescriptions could also benefit through our membership plan by becoming a member in order to get their generic prescriptions at the wholesale price.

Do you carry brand name medications?

Yes. Right now, we only dispense generic medications with our membership model. If your medication is not found on the calculation tool, then it is highly likely it is a brand medication or a controlled substance. We cannot provide savings on your brand medications, and we don’t dispense controlled substances through our membership model. 

Can I sign up my pet for a membership?

Definitely yes. Ensure to get the quote for your animal. In addition to your membership, you can use the same information on your profile. However, use a different email address (Unique Identifier) for your pet account. Please use this format on the membership form in the “First Name” field to let us know it is an animal:First Name: Animals First name, Species, Owners First name. For example: Terry DOG Johnny.

Does Ropheka Pharmacy accept returns?
